We offer two years of Bachelor of Education (BEd) in English, Commerce, Social Science, Physical Science, and Natural Science with the intake of 50 students in each unit, with a total of 100. In a significant stride towards modernizing educational practices, the Zainab Memorial B.Ed Centre in Cherkala, in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), recently conducted an orientation workshop titled "Artificial Intelligence: Empowering Educators." This workshop aimed to introduce educators to the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its profound implications for the educational sector. Renowned AI trainer Abdul Latheef OM led the engaging session, captivating approximately 45 participating teachers and opening new perspectives on integrating AI into the classroom.
Zainab Memorial B Ed Centre, cherkala conducted its 4th convocation ceremony 2015- 2023 batch on 30th May. The venue was its own college auditorium. The chief guest for the convocation was Dr a Ashokan,the Syndicate member of Kannur University and Dr. Jaishankar K I Dean school of Legal Studies Central University of Kerala was the chief guest of Honor. Total of 52 students were awarded their graduation certificate at the convocation ceremony. The convocation began with the majestic and grand academic procession, followed by the prayer sung by the students of the Institute. The event presided over by Mrs. Haseena Naufal, the Director of Zainab Memorial B.Ed. centre delivered the welcome address for the esteemed dignitaries on the dais, parents, students and faculty members.
Social/cultural activities not only help students to identify themselves with the university but also assist students to develop themselves in the desired field and also improve skills such as organizational, presentation, leadership and interpersonal communication.
